The Objective: COVID-19 has worsened a workforce crisis that affects nearly every human services field. The Pennsylvania state government is sitting on billions of federal dollars and “rainy day” funds that could increase wages to help retain workers and attract and train a new workforce. Direct Care Works needs a website to encourage people to send an email to PA officials easily.
The Result: An effective landing page with 3 call-to-acting buttons and an aesthetically pleasing layout. The color block boxes allow for a lot of information to be on one page while still remaining engaging and fun.
